1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ORIGINAL's payment applications and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use ORIGINAL's Services.

3. Services Offered

ORIGINAL provides digital payment solutions including UPI transfers, SMS/RCS payments, WABA payments, Voice Pay, Merchant Gateway, and BBPS bill payments.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ORIGINAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Transaction Limits & Charges

Transaction limits are governed by RBI regulations and may change without prior notice. Personal UPI transfers are free; business or premium services may attract fees communicated transparently before each transaction.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for money laundering or fraudulent transactions
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties
• Conducting transactions that violate any applicable Indian law

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software of ORIGINAL are the exclusive intellectual property of ORIGINAL Pay Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

ORIGINAL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the transaction amount in dispute.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

ORIGINAL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect name, email, phone number, PAN, Aadhaar (for KYC), and bank account details, along with usage data, device identifiers, and transaction history.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To facilitate payment transactions and account management
• To comply with RBI, NPCI, and regulatory KYC/AML requirements
• To send communications via SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Voice, email, or in-app notifications (with your consent)
• To improve our products, detect fraud, and ensure security

3. Communication Consent

By using our services or submitting the contact form, you consent to receive communications via SMS, RCS, WABA, Voice calls, email, and other digital channels. You may opt out by contacting support@originalpay.in.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with banking partners, NPCI/RBI for compliance, technology partners under confidentiality agreements, and law enforcement when legally required.

5. Data Retention

We retain data as required by applicable regulations, typically 5–7 years for financial records, or until you request deletion (subject to legal obligations).

6. Data Security

We use 256-bit encryption, tokenisation, and strict access controls. We are PCI-DSS compliant and undergo regular third-party security audits.

7. Your Rights

• Right to access your personal data
